Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: 7 Octomber 2026
Welcome to Pulze Global. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of pulzeglobal.com and to any ticket you buy for events presented by Pulze Global (“the Organiser”, “we”, “us”). By using this website, buying a ticket, or attending an event, you agree to these terms. Please read them before completing any purchase.
Using This Website
- You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website or buy tickets.
- You are responsible for keeping any login details for your account confidential.
- Information you give us at registration or checkout must be accurate and up to date.
- You must not use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.
Event Information and Pricing
- We aim to keep event details, line-ups, and prices on this website accurate, but we can’t guarantee they are complete or error-free at all times.
- Ticket prices may change without notice. Early bird prices and other promotions are available for a limited period or until the allocation sells out, whichever comes first, and may be subject to additional terms.
- Performers, running order, production, and show timings may change. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
Tickets and Booking
Tickets must be purchased through this website or an authorised ticketing partner named by Pulze Global. Tickets bought from any other source may be refused at the gate.
Each ticket category grants access only to its designated area.
For group tickets, every member of the group must be 18 or older and should arrive together unless the Organiser advises otherwise.
We may refuse or cancel any booking where there is an error in pricing or event information, limited availability, or suspected fraud.
Payments are handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store or have access to your full card details.
Refunds and Transfers
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable Sri Lankan law or where the event is cancelled by the Organiser.
If an event is cancelled or postponed, ticket holders will be notified using the contact details provided at booking, along with details of any refund or rescheduling arrangements.
Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged without the Organiser’s prior written consent. Tickets found to have been resold for profit may be cancelled without refund.
Entry and Admission
Children aged 2 and under may enter free of charge; however, the number of children aged 2 and under accompanying a ticket holder must be declared at the time of ticket purchase.
Please bring your e-ticket (printed or on your phone) and a valid photo ID (NIC, passport, or driving licence) showing proof of age. Anyone unable to prove will be refused entry without a refund.
Each ticket is valid for one entry only. Once scanned, a ticket cannot be reused, and re-entry is not permitted.
Late arrivals are admitted, but the Organiser is not responsible for any part of the show missed.
Entry may be refused if booking information is inaccurate or incomplete.
All attendees and belongings may be subject to security checks on entry.
Venue Rules and Conduct
Attendees must follow all regulations of the event venue as well as these terms.
Outside food, beverages, and alcohol may not be brought into the venue.
Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, flares, laser pointers, glass containers, umbrellas, and large bags.
For outdoor events, attendees should dress for the weather. Events will go ahead in light rain unless the Organiser decides otherwise for safety reasons.
Parking may be available at the venue for an additional fee, subject to availability and venue rules.
The Organiser may refuse entry to, or remove without refund, anyone who breaks venue rules, behaves in a disruptive, abusive, or intoxicated manner, or puts the safety of others at risk.
Health, Safety and Accessibility
Events may include loud music, intense lighting effects, strobes, haze, and visual effects. Attendees with photosensitive epilepsy or similar conditions should take this into account before buying a ticket.
Hearing protection is recommended.
Attendees with accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact us before purchasing tickets so we can advise on available arrangements.
Please follow instructions from event staff, security, and medical personnel at all times.
Photography, Filming and Media
Photography, filming, and live streaming may take place at events. By attending, you agree that your image and voice may appear in footage used for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without payment to you.
Professional cameras, tripods, and recording equipment are not permitted without prior written approval from the Organiser.
Unauthorised commercial recording or broadcasting of any part of an event is prohibited.
Personal Belongings
You are responsible for your own belongings at the venue. The Organiser does not accept responsibility for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during an event.
Data Protection and Communications
Personal data collected through this website or our ticketing partners is used to process bookings, manage entry, and run events, and is handled in line with Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022.
By booking, you agree that we may contact you with important information about the event, such as timing updates, entry instructions, and changes to the show.
Marketing messages about future Pulze Global events will only be sent where you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulze Global, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, the purchase of tickets, or attendance at an event.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Sri Lankan law.
Event Cancellation and Force Majeure
The Organiser is not liable for any delay, change, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government directives, civil unrest, power failures, or public health restrictions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
